Shared Living Program Director Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Location: Northeast Area
Pay Rate: $34.44–$35.44 per hour
About the Role: Northeast Arc is seeking a dedicated Shared Living Program Director to support individuals living in Shared Living arrangements and to provide guidance to Shared Living Providers and program staff. This role ensures high-quality services, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the mission and values of the Residential Division.
Responsibilities Include:
Implement Northeast Arc policies, Shared Living standards, and funding source regulations
Identify and address unmet needs of Individuals and Providers; coordinate supports including respite
Monitor ISP implementation and documentation in accordance with DDS regulations
Conduct monthly home visits to ensure safe, clean, supportive living environments
Oversee accurate completion of ISP documentation, Health Care Records, HCSIS, incident reports, and case notes
Ensure all staff, Providers, and respite workers receive required training
Hire, supervise, and support Case Managers; facilitate staff meetings
Participate in Directors, Clinical, Team, JAMM, QA, and other required meetings
Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
BS/BA strongly preferred; HS diploma/GED required
Minimum 3 years of Human Services experience
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work at a desk/computer in an office environment
Ability to provide direct support in individuals’ homes
Ability to stand for periods of time and work across office, community, and home settings
