Schedule: Hybrid, 2 Days in Office in Lowell, MA, and 1 day in office in Danvers MA.
Target Salary: $27.50 - $29.50 hourly
Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to, the individual's experience, education, and internal equity.
Job Summary: Community Resource Specialists (CRS) provide individualized, community-based support to
individuals and families by helping them navigate, access, and engage with a wide range of
resources. Their work strengthens the connection between DDS, Northeast Arc, families, and the
broader community.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications :
Bachelors of Science in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or related field.
Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience working in the human services or disability field.
Organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data base software, and Canva or similar design software required
Requires sitting, talking on the phone, and entering information into a computer for 75% of the day.
Must successfully complete and pass all required background checks as a condition of employment.
